Guests and tenants can receive free validated parking for the duration of their stay at Chapel Square by following the instructions below to register their vehicle in the TEXT2PARK system.
- Parkers must register and validate their parking within 30 minutes of arriving at the property.
- Validation applies to the Chapel Square garage only and does not cover the Chapel Square commerical/retail parking lots.
- Tenants should park in the garage parking space assigned to their unit. Visitors and guests may park in designated GUEST spaces.
- Cameras have been installed in the Chapel Square garage and parking lots to enfore parking regultaions.
- Vehicles parking in the Chapel Square garage that do not register and validate within the 30-minute grace period are subject to fine.
Parking Validation Instructions
- Go to t2p.mobi/AVON, text “AVON” to 25023, or scan the QR code below to access the TEXT2PARK system on your mobile device (no app required).
- On the TEXT2PARK webpage, enter your license plate number and desired parking duration (up to 14 days). Note: a total fee amount will populte prior to validation. Once validated the fee will be $0.
- Click "VALIDATE" (do not click "NEXT").
- Select Chapel B.
- Enter the validation code 0073 and click Accept.
- You should receive a Success! notification indicating the validation code has been accepted. NOTE: VALIDATION HAS NOT BEEN FINALIZED YET!
- On the main screen, the total fee amount should now be $0.00.
- Click PARK to finalize your validated parking.
